A beef tongue that is stuffed with onions, bell peppers, and garlic then seasoned with The Best Stop Seasoning. Usually cooked like a roast in the oven for 4-5  hours then browned to make a gravy.

Cooking Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place Beef Tongue in baking pan.
  3. Add water until water is halfway up the Beef Tongue.
  4. Add onions and bell peppers to water.
  5. Cook for 2 hours. Every hour flip beef tongue to cook evenly.

Notes:

  1. Internal temp of 165 degrees
