What You’ll Need

For the Deviled Eggs

12 Large Eggs (boiled & peeled)

12 Tbsp of The Best Stop’s Cajun Mayo

Best Stop Cajun Seasoning or Garlic Seasoning (optional)

Piping Bag or Zippable Plastic Bag

2 Red Bell Peppers

2 Black Olives

Preparing the Deviled Eggs

Boil and Prepare the Eggs
Once the eggs are boiled and cooled, slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl. Set the whites aside.

Mix the Filling
With a fork or mixer, mash the yolks and combine them with The Best Stop Cajun Mayo, until the mixture is smooth.

Fill the Egg Whites
Spoon the mixture into a zippable plastic bag or piping bag. Cut the tip of the bag and begin filling each egg white with the mixture.

Add the Finishing Touches
Lightly sprinkle the eggs with your choice of Best Stop seasoning. Cut black olives into small eyes and eyebrows and place them on the eggs. Cut red bell pepper into small triangular pieces and place two on each egg to resemble horns.

Serve and Enjoy
