- 1 rack pork baby back ribs, about 3 lbs

- ¼ cup honey
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
Directions
Preparing the Marinade
In a small bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.
Remove the silver skin covering the bone side of the ribs.
Place the ribs in a large zipper freezer bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Cooking the Ribs
Set your oven to 350°F.
Line a large baking sheet with non-stick foil or parchment paper.
Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on the baking sheet bone side down. Roast for 60-90 minutes or until there is no pink around the meat by the bone.
Finishing Touches
Prepare the Glaze
In a small bowl, mix the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce in a small bowl.
Brush the glaze over the ribs.
Place the ribs under a hot broiler or over direct heat on an outdoor grill heated to high. Cook just until the glaze begins to bubble and slightly caramelizes.
